Guest guest
I need some serious help in this department!! I have suffered with unbearable menstural cramps since the age of 10. I think its very possible I have endometerosis although this has never been confirmed as I find the surgery to be unneccessary. I also have something rare called interstital cystitis which is a painful bladder condition...because of this condition I can not eat fruits, anything with spice, anything with a high acidic value etc. I have started avoided dairy and any meat for about a week before my period but I still have painful cramps! Is there anything natural by diet I can do? Taking herbs is hard at times because a lot of them have interactions with the main medicine I have to take for the cystitis. Any help would be greatly appreciated. As a secondary question I would also like to ask do you think these problems relate to infertility problems?? My husband and I have been struggling try to conceive and alot of the remedies mentioned here I cant follow due to the interactions. Thanks for your time!!!! Guest guest
The thing that helped me the most with pms and cramps was a change of diet. (anti-candida diet) and also adding magnesium and Borage oil to my diet. I ran out of Borage oil once and didn't think it was making a huge difference so stopped taking it but figured that one out the next month. My friend Mary swears by castor oil packs on her abdomen. It also helped her get rid of some ovarian problems too. She had some major cysts. That and accupuncture helped her.........cysts left and she did not need surgery. Guest guest
I can't back my thoughts (on how this all gets started in the first place) up with anything in black and white so will try hard to refrain from sharing them. I have known people personally with these issues, and I will tell you what I told them, and they are either now pregnant, no longer suffering from cramping or no longer experiencing endometreosis. Many times female troubles, infertility, lack of milk production, lack of hormones, and the like are thyroid issues, so look into how to help the thyroid/pancrease/adrenal/pituitary they all work together, back on track!!!!!!Herbs, kelp (careful with dosing this), raw gladulars and heavy metal detox (very important)... look up " the poor man's chelation " in your search engine...cilantro, the main ingredient of the poor man's chelation removes heavy metals from the body. Calcium, calcium and more calcium...make sure it is an assimilatable calcium. Doc has great files and how to's in here, use them you can make your own calcium. They took calcium every hour till the cramping stopped then maintained a 1200 dose, for cramping, one main reason for menstral cramping is caused from severe lack of calcium. Herbs high in calcium will work too, but I would advise using them in conjunction WITH calcium. It's the thyroid/calcium thing again. The chronic bladder infection, possibly nickel...an allergy. Drink distilled water only. Do you use a lot of stainless steel, lots of nickel there. Have mercury fillings? Another thing that has worked wonders is RAW apple cider vinegar. It will help get rid of a bladder infection and is what I have used and shared with others. It works and it works quick. It normalizes the ph in the body (and I would imagine that your acidity level is way up there), as well as kills bacteria, virus and fungus. It's also cheap. Doc talks alot about garlic, I think if I were you, I would get on lots of it. Info is in the files. This would help in the event the endometreosis is caused by parasites, and the chronic (long term) bladder infection. Lastly (for now anyway)I would look in the files and get the cabbage water recipe. It's great for restoring the flora the meds you are on is destroying. It is VERY potent stuff. If you are trying to get pregnant and you can't clean out when you are, I would do some cleaning before you get pregnant at the very least a liver flush. Bladder infections contribute to miscarriages so I think I would take things one step at a time. Guest guest
I just wanted to add that interstitial cystitis isn't a bladder infection it is where the lining in your bladder is ruined among other things. I know the name cystitis is kind of misleading. I can't have any vinegar because that is like acid to a bladder with no lining it would literally burn it. I would love to try some of the bladder ideas mentioned but a lot of them would cause harm. I have no fillings of any sort...never had any dental work done but cleanings..I have been lucky. I have a few stainless still bowls in my kitchen but I am not really around alot of metal or anything like it. I am a stay at home wife so I am not around a lot other then whats in my house. We live in the high desert of california so we are kinda out in nowhere...we are blessed with some of the cleanest air and ground water in the us though. Thanks for all the ideas!!!
