Guest guest
regular use of coconut oil will help a lot. I have noticed that it brings black heads to the surface too. The best results I have had are taking 5 large strawberries and mashing them up into a 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar. Or put in blender. Let it sit for at least 24 hours. Apply to your face at bedtime and you will be amazed at what dissolves overnight. Your skin will feel very soft and it works like a acid peel of sorts. Then I peel 4-5 green grapes and mix them with a tsp or so of honey and spread that on my face. It really helps your fine wrinkles and dry skin go away. I will also mix coconut flour into coconut oil and use for a exfoliant, as well. In between I use coconut oil on my face and my skin looked the best ever after I did a 7 day coconut oil, lemon juice, stevia cleanse (see Bruce Fife N.D.'s book titled Coconut Cures. In my opinion one of the biggest issues is consuming good fats and oils. I would like to learn more about doing cleanses and try those this month.
