Guest guest
yes, I prefer the herb as a tea as my first choice, the lozenges as a second choice and the tincture as a third choice. What you really want from this herb is for it's properties to coat your esophagus, the tincture is not the best way for that to happen but the other ways works wonderfully! Guest guest
Dawn, Would you please share how you make your slippery elm tea? This is one of the herbs I'm currently researching and I've read conflicting ways of making the tea. Guest guest
Hi, It is a bark, but a soft bark so I steep it for 20 minutes. Some people say to decoct it but if you do the mucus soothing properties are destroyed.
