Guest guest
Hello all, I am 32 and have bags under my eyes as well as sever dry skin all over. My T zone is so very dry that facial moisturizer doesn't even help for a couple of minutes before I am flaking again. I have been putting vit e and rose water under my eyes. I am trying to stay as natural as possible but I cannot find anything to help with my dry skin and feel like I need go back to my vasaline intensive care. I also use to put baby oil all over my body after a shower. Is baby oil a natural product? Can I continue to use it to help moisturize? What are some things I can do to help hydrate my skin? I have been taking fish oil supplements and I eat salmon 2x a week, they have helped some. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you Sharon
Guest guest
My biggest problem with dry skin is Sugar and not enough water. Sugar sucks a person dry. My Favorite mosturizer is Burts Bees. Or plain coconut oil. Ginasharon_love73 <sharon_love73 wrote: Hello all, I am 32 and have bags under my eyes as well as sever dry skin all over. Guest guest
Sharon, I may be totally off-the-wall here, but how much oil are you consuming in your diet? All the moisturizer in the world isn't going to help if you're not eating enough good oils. In our " fat-free " culture, many of us think that " fat " is the ultimate enemy. It's not. Bad fat is the enemy. Try increasing the amount of olive oil in your diet, or start taking fish oil capsules. See if your skin improves.
