Guest guest
My brother-in-law was a suffer of real bad migraine headaches. So bad he would go to the doctors and get shots of sumatriptan [imitrex] to stop the headaches. He was afraid of side effects and looked for an alternative. At the advise of a friend he started taking feverfew, 380 milligrams 3 times a day for the first month, then 1 a day since.... He has not had a migraine since and thats been 2 years... Feverfew, tests show, It has a anti-inflammatory effect that may be related to triggering migraines. Research finds that feverfew's complex mix of chemicals are " high potency " inhibitors of thromboxane B2 and leukatriene B4, bodily substance that fosters inflamation and pain. Feverfew should not be taken by woman who are preganant, children under age of two and persons who take anticoagulants, because feverfew has blood-thinning properties.....
