broken ribs,spleen, lung. help with pain control?

fell 17 feet onto cement floor broken 6 broken ribs

4 fractures in hip pulled tendents torn lung and ruptured sleen. no

insurance pain medication out of the question. anyone have ideas for

pain control. use meditation and mustard any thing else i can try.

a ruptured spleen is nothing to fool with , so are fracturs in the hip . unless you want long term damage , i would get myself to ANY hospital . most are supposed to treat indigents [ people without inssurance ] .

 

that you are in pain , i have no doupt -- and its not going to get less of it . broken ribs can heal crocked and then you have other problems to deal with .

 

get to an emergency room and have them treat you

One idea: Cayenne- internally and

externally.

Should help with pain and aid your circulation so you heal faster.
