I am writing to let everyone know just how much this sight has been a blessing to myself and my friends and family.

I/We have learned and benefited so greatly from the wealth of information here.

The fresh garlic "alone" gave my new husband the best blood pressure reading he has had in many many years.............

My second favorite discovery I guess is the orange peels for the BEST vitamin C.

I seem to have better nails and healthier hair and just overall feel well.

I have accomplished some weight loss and QUIT smoking (cold turkey) last July with the help of this groups support , encouragement and information.

Thank you Happy Holidays and a Healthy New Year to all.

God Bless,

Marilyn and friends and family

Now - I have something I need help on:

My friend (of which I have known for 7 or 8 years) has arthritis in her hands. She had quit trying to knit as it would be so painful.

About a month ago - another friend called her and said

"put a bar of soap in your bed sheets" and go to bed. Do this every night - if your feet hurt put it down by your feet - if your shoulder hurts put it near that area and so on. It can be any soap except Dial or Dove" .

Sooooooo - my friend of years did it - every for weeks. She is now knitting - her hands have regained mobility and - I am curious.

What is this about?

Can anyone explain ?

OR - Have you ever heard of this ?

Or - are they pulling my leg like "Snipe Hunting" ? LOL

Kindly,

Marilyn

Dear Marilyn,

Welllllllll, we love you too, and I'm glad your husband came through with his HBP handling. Tell him from me he's a good patient. LOL And you are most welcome for the Vit C recipe. It is a dandy, isn't it.

As far as Arthritis is concerned. The handling for this is the Body Balance + Formula. Straight ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar) will also help. You've got to take at least one full tablespoon of ACV a day to make any difference, but it will help almost immediately.

I don't know about your "snipe hunting" bar of soap remedy, but it does make sense to some degree. Remember that one of the most common conditions happening in America today is Acidosis. This is the "why" behind Arthritis and a zillion other diseases. Soap is alkaline and as such will help in a small way to get the body back from the Acid side of the scale.

Hope this helps.

In Health and Love,

Doc
