Help needed for sinus pain & headaches please...

If anyone can give me some ideas on what to take for this sinus

(facial) pain & headaches I've had for the last month, I would

appreciate it. The doctor thought it was a viral infection a month ago

and gave me something to dry out my sinuses only. I haven't gone back

to him yet because I'm hoping to find a new doctor (long story).

Anyways, I'm still having the pain and now it's spread to my teeth.

I'm also having eye symptoms.

Is there some things I could be taking to help?

Paula-

I have seen nothing better than Doc's herbal snuff for sinus infections and pain. I was actually just talking with a co-worker at lunch about this stuff. He loves it. You can buy the stuff in capsules if needed and empty them out. Start with a little at first (pin head size) and sniff into both nostrils. It may make you sneeze a bit and may sting slightly. These are only temporary. Do this 3-6 times day for the first few days and as needed after that.

Herbal Snuff Formula (A part is a measurement by volume = cups, Tbls, etc.)7 parts Goldenseal Root Powder7 parts Bayberry Bark Powder1 part Cayenne Pepper Powder1 part Garlic Powder All the above must be ground up very finely. Best to use Habanero Cayenne as it is the hottest. Mix it very well as a clump of Cayenne could keep your eyes in tears for an hour ;o) Won't hurt you though.

My last sinus episode I went to my chiropractor and had 2 sessions of accupuncture. It cleared up two days later and I passed a lot of mucus etc. too.
