(He was seen swimming around in the water for three days afterwards. He had been detoxed by the animal control people who captured him, then returned him to my brother.) Would a person be able to give a medium sized rottweiler essiac tea? If so, would it be the people dosage? He has one cyst on his leg, for which the black paste might be applied. Guest guest Posted December 24, 2005 Report Share Posted December 24, 2005 Skippy, I use Essiac tea often and I have given it to my pets with success........I know a lady who has given Essiac to her dog for cancer and was able to recover. If your friends rottweiler is a large dog I would suggest giving him/her a full 2 ounce dosage, if he/she is a bit smaller you can cut the dosage a bit. Altho, Essiac is not toxic and wouldn't cause any harm if given the full 2 ounce dosage.
