Guest guest
Dear Tammi, The subject is totally open for HR, and any discussion on it is welcome. As is usual with any debility, the CAUSE will be found when you search back to some form of toxicity where STOPPAGES have then come about. Remember, we're not just talking about PHYSICAL toxicitiy here. Behind every physical abnormality will be found STRESS!!!!! You can carve that in stone. The stress can be of a Physical, Mental or even Spiritual nature. You have to get rid of the toxicity. There are not only toxic foods, but there are also toxic relationships, toxic jobs, and toxic people (people who are very negative to be around). You need to remove all toxicity from your life including any of your own negativity. Sometimes it takes a lot of work, and other times it's as simple as spotting the right area of suppressive toxicity and making the firm decision not to take it any more. This could include getting a divorce from an abusive spouse. It could also mean quitting that job where the boss is so evil he makes Hitler look like Mickey Mouse, or where the working conditions are so bad due to physical toxicity you're actually being poisoned. Then there's the subject of your own ETHICS level. Are you really being honest and straight with yourself and those around you??? Or are you living a life that is a LIE from begining to end. Many times, it is simply leaving where you are, and going to sit on a hill or a mountain top somewhere away from it all for a little "Peaceful" time alone so you can take stock of where in hell you're at and what is truly going on with you. What you're really doing, and what do you really wish to accomplish are questions that need to be answered. Sometimes you just have to get away for a few days or even a month in order to work these questions out. I always reserve the right to remove myself from any environment to catch my breath and take stock of what's really going on. I have the right to Survive!!! And so do you. There are toxic relationships that can make us sicker than anything. Hurray for speaking the truth.
