Hi rob, Thanks so much for your advice

 

i have read alot of apple cider vinegar and i did hear it helped but they also say it can mess up your gums/teeth enamel?

 

so i ordered some apple cider vinegar pills but of course i have not been able to swallow them, but I will definately start teh apple cider vinegar until i can swallow better and then start the pills, Thanks so much rob for your advice your wonderful god bless ya!!!!!!!!!

Hello Vanessa-

I would see if you can get some Auromere herbal toothpaste. I use this and I love it. It is really soothing and healing on the gums.

 

After you take a shot of apple cider vinegar, then you can brush your teeth. I would avoid the capsules and just take the stuff straight from the bottle and then brush your teeth after....

Hi rob and thansk again, I will definately try the APV, seems that it can really help heartburn, and i wil order te toothpaste you mentioned today, I hope it helps since I had a gap on the gums between my teeth and had to get a crown, i am sure teh acid did this to me, its terrible but now I have horrific gas since I have not yet strated eating solid foods and boy I need something for it i tried maalox and it doesnt help, thx rob
