I've been diagnosed by a couple naturopaths with a congested liver/gallbladder. When I tried the herbal cleanse with the olive oil/juice combo, I was very ill for a few days. Guest guest Posted December 22, 2005 Report Share Posted December 22, 2005 Liver- I like a simple combination of Dandilion, Burdock, bluporium, licorice roots, cleavers, and milk thistle. For the gallbladder, I use Dandilion flowers, Burdock root, celindine, and fennel. Start slow and easy drink 1-3 glasses a day as a tea. Once you have done this for 2 weeks, go on an apple juice fast + colon clense program for 2-3 days to get rid of the solids that might have settled in the colon. Good luck.
