Zapper & Flax Seed Oil (Diane)

Diane,

 

why would you say the spleen? He has never heard of anything

having to with the spleen. Are these symptoms associated with

an exhausted spleen?

I am guessing this is a sign of your friends spleen function is exhausted. Therefore they should not:

- eat too many raw vegetables until the stools have improved

- add the following in the diet: onions, leeks, ginger, cinnamon, fennel, garlic and nutmet

- rice, oats are great breakfast starters for this condition

I got this idea from "You are what you eat" by Dr Gillian McKeith page: 47
