Guest guest
" St. John's Wort " does actually relieve depression. The way St. John's Wort works is really interesting. St. John's Wort works the same way the modern SSRI(Selective- Serotonin-Reuptake Inhibibitors). What this means is: In the back of our brains is this special place where Serotonin is made naturally all day long everday. Serotonin is the feel-good chemical that goes " drip drip drip " like a faucet in your brain. SEROTONIN IS THE FEEL GOOD CHEMICAL that relieves depression. So what happens is your Serotonin levels get low and you " feel low " . Getting the Serotonin levels up is KEY. St. John'w Wort does this!!!- - In herbal remedies , " bigair_202000 " <bigair_202000> wrote: > > Does anyone have any herbal remedies, anything for depression?? Guest guest
We would need more information for anyone to give you any advice. How long has it been going on? Are you on any meds, etc. There are loads of herbs for depression and anxiety, but the way to treat is to pick the correct herb. Tell us your story and then we'll see what we can do Bonnie
Guest guest
Right now I am on Lexapro for anxiety and depression but it does not help one bit. I have bad anxiety but I would rather try to find something something all natural. It's been going on for a year or so. Does anyone have anything they could share? I would be willing to try a few different things if it's possible. Mike --- Bonnie Rogers <bonnierogers wrote: > We would need more information for anyone to give > you any advice.
