Guest guest
Hello Everyone: I need some input on this situation. I know someone who is using a Zapper and taking Flax Seed Oil. Been using the Zapper about 2 weeks and the Flax Oil about 1 week. Well he started to have bad stomach cramps a short while after and has noticed watery stools that are tannish color. Can someone please tell me what this could indicate? Thank you! Gina
Guest guest
I have been taking flax seed and I know alot of people that have tried to take it and it does cause loose stools for a while. It caused me stomach cramps for a while until I got use to it. And when I tried to quit taking it, got constipated. So I know it helps keep things moving. Guest guest
I am guessing this is a sign of your friends spleen function is exhausted. Therefore they should not: - eat too many raw vegetables until the stools have improved - add the following in the diet: onions, leeks, ginger, cinnamon, fennel, garlic and nutmet - rice, oats are great breakfast starters for this condition I got this idea from " You are what you eat " by Dr Gillian McKeith page: 47 Hope this helps Grins, Dianne herbal remedies , PiscesAngel7@a... wrote: > > Hello Everyone: > > I need some input on this situation. Guest guest
I was not the one doing this but my friend said the orange watery stool seems to have stopped. I don't know, maybe it was killing off parasites and junk. In a message dated 1/14/2006 1:59:21 P.M. Guest guest
Hello Gina, I can only offer you an theory. The cramps might be from your colon relaxing and finally trying to dispose of gunk thats build up in there. If you got to Sensible Health .com, there are some interresting pictures of this person getting rid of this stringy like substance. Research this site. Maybe it will answer some of your questions. The tannish color may be the liver funally releasing built up residue. Hope this helps. Good luck.
