Getting Down Total Nutrition

WOW-I am going to have to try to do the apple cider thing...I am

drinking as we speak with vegetable juice (12 oz) and don't know if

i'll be able to get this down. I may have to try to just deal with

the cider...does that really taste good enough to be able to stomach

it? I'm trying here but don't want to feel sick while drinking it

either :-( Please help me!!

I take with apple juice not apple cider, and make sure that juice is cold. Also add some frozen fruit, like blueberries or bananas, or pineapple. Add some pollen, and Body Balance formula. It will have sweet taste. Bone appetite.
