suggestion for 7yr old daughter's health problem

Hello to mom of 7yr old (sorry you did'nt leave your name),

 

I can't speak about any herbs for this, but I will suggest that you buy hand sized labrynth. I have one, and when my son is all hyped up before going to school, or I need him to settle for what ever reason, or perhaps he has a test; I will have him do the labrynth with his right hand, forward then backward, then with his left hand, forward and back.

 

There's something about the pattern of the labrynth that calms the mind. Seems to get both sides of the brain to work together, that's why I have him use both hands, forward and back.

 

I purchased mine from Pyramid Collection, I think they have a web site (around $30 for a pewter one); and I may have seen them in Pacific Spirit magazine.

 

It helps us here, so I thought I'd pass it along to you.
