Guest guest
OK-I will be starting my total nutrition in the next few days---to mix it as suggested, what kind of UDO's is best (there are like 20 kinds!) and can you mix it with the eggs and everything with like vegetable juice? I don't really care for apple cider as suggested (i'm really not a juice drinker) so wondered if it tastes ok with vegetable juice. Do you need breakfast also because with the eggs that sounds like it would be breakfast in itself...any help would be appreciated, I am really exited but really don't know anything :-( Marci
Guest guest
Of course you can drink it with vegetable juice, but it must be organic. It is a great substitution for any kind of breakfast. It will give you a lot of energy, that you can feel during the whole day. Guest guest
Wow-so I mixed the TN with the flax oil and the udo's this morning in some " cider and spice " juice that I bought at the organic store...it does taste good! That is definately a good way to take it--I guess I should have listened to Doc in the first place huh :-)...i'm am ecstatic! I have felt great the last few days of taking this TN---way better than with taking my multivitamin and fatty supplements. After I get my bee pollen I will be adding that...oh thanks doc for a wonderful formula! Marci
