Guest guest
Far enough that getting there on a regular basis isn't possible. I have found someone that I might be able to buy lamb from. It's not " certified " organic, but she's a friend of mine and I know how she does things. It's organic. Also, she's going to be raising chickens. This summer, if I come and spend a day with her helping to butcher, I can get chicken from her. That will definitely be worth it. Still no source for beef, but if I have the lamb and chicken, that won't be a problem. I do have a question. I've been avoiding the farm-raised salmon in favor of ocean salmon thinking that there's less chance of contamination. Does anyone know if ocean salmon is " clean " or is it contaminated by pollutants?
