I am looking for some advice on treating allergies. My sil suffers

from allergies whenever she visits us in the midwest. This hasn't

been a very big deal before, but they are talking moving and if they

move to the midwest her life is going to be miserable unless we can

help her get rid of allergies. I am searching the files but not

finding anything that is jumping out at me. Please help.

This may be a little *out there* but my hubby has terrible allergies when things bloom. He used to go into sneezing fits (~15/16 whoppers in rapid succession). One day, I asked him to try my Kombucha Tea when he started the sneezing. He did and it stopped the fit after 1 sip. He doesn't have that many fits anymore (it’s more in the Spring and Summer and not so much even then) but when he feels the tingling start coming on, he'll down about 2 ozs of KTea and things are stopped dead in their tracks. Granted, K-Tea isn’t for everyone (I like to call it an acquired

taste). My BinL said ‘Why would anyone do that?!?!!!’ It obviously wasn’t something he felt the need to acquire! I drink it every morning though – I love it! Just a thought.
