Dave-

The herbs Lobelia and Mullein will help.

Doc, the list owner, makes a formula called Huff and Puff.... Here it is. I cut and pasted it from the files.

I have a few people that have used this in there quest to stop smoking and they seemed to like the formula.

Huff 'n Puff Formula

1 part lobelia

1 part mullein

in a base which is 2/3 alcohol (100 proof) and 1/3 raw, organic, unfiltered apple cider vinegar.Rob

Please do not take this the wrong way, but you will never succeed in

quiting unless you have a motive to quit. To quit because someone ask

you too by pressure or because of the antiads will not work, sometimes

even if the doctor says you have lung cancer some still light up. I

started smoking when I was between 9-12 off and on then always from 12

on. When I quit I layed them down (right after I opened the first pack

of a carton) and never touched them. You first have to get a reason,

mine was for a higher power, yours may be for yourself, your wife

(because you want to for her not because she is putting you under

pressure) or your kids. Until you have a reason nothing will help. And

you will be surprised once you have a motive it will be easy.

I totally agree, you have to really want to, otherwise it will not work.
