Good Morning Sweetie: THIS IS AN UPDATE ON YOUR SUPPLEMENTAL PROTOCOL:

 

PRITORITY: (Key-Words: Thiamine B1; B-Complex; Brewer's Yeast; CHOLINE-

COCTAIL; Multi-Vitamin Tablets; St. John; Wort; Chamomile and Calcium.

 

A. *THIAMINE VITAMIN B1*/1 tablet once a day; AND

 

B. *VITAMIN B-COMPLEX*/1 tablet once a day; OR

 

C. *BREWER'S YEAST*/follow directions; AND

 

D. *CHOLINE-COCTAIL*(by TWIN-LABS CO./follow directions AND/OR

 

E. *A HIGH-QUALITY MULTI-VIT/MIN PILL*(buy OTC).

 

Some may think that is a lot of Supplements; but they are all helpful.

 

THEN ADD TO THAT THE FOLLOWING:

 

A. *SUNLIGHT EVERYDAY*/esp. outdoors. B. Exercise or Yoga everyday.

 

C. Hot-baths(w/Epsom's Salts) or Showers with Natural-Scented soap.

 

D. *Herbal-Teas and regular Tea as often as desired.

 

HERBAL-SUPPLEMENTS FOR DEPRESSION ARE;

 

A. *ST. JOHN'S WORT(Wort menas " plant " ). The way St. John's Wort

metabolized itself in the system:

 

*St. John's Wort* actually allows more LIGHT into the eyes. This extra

light increases the feel-good chemical SEROTONIN. No need to get " anti-

depressants that increase SEROTONIN; St. John's Wort does this better.

 

B. *CHAMMOMILE TEA is also known to relieve the Blahs' and relax.

 

MINERALS
