A. *THIAMINE VITAMIN B1*/1 tablet once a day; AND B. *VITAMIN B-COMPLEX*/1 tablet once a day; OR C. *BREWER'S YEAST*/follow directions; AND D. *CHOLINE-COCTAIL*(by TWIN-LABS CO./follow directions AND/OR E. *A HIGH-QUALITY MULTI-VIT/MIN PILL*(buy OTC).
