Guest guest
I stopped having problems with my sinuses about 15 years ago - before that I would take antibiotics to clear them up as they were so painful. When I found out about bee propolis being good for sinus infections, I started taking it and haven't had a problem since. We make our own, using raw propolis and grain alcohol. Also, to stop the allergy problems leading up to a sinus infection, just take a tablespoon of honey in the morning and at night - local is the best and must be raw. The darker the honey the better - we were in Tennessee this year and bought wildflower honey from the Amish - stopped the start of allergy problems right away - and the honey was so delicious. We keep a small jar of honey on the side in case of burns - after cooling down the burn, we smear honey on and it won;t hurt or scar - my husband put honey on half a small burn last week and the other half nothing. The half with the honey lost the red color and didn't hurt - the other side was red and hurt. Blessings from Poland, Nancy
