Lemon egg

I have a question about the lemon egg. Can the egg that is left over after making this be used? Like would it be good for baking?

Yes, you can use the egg leftover :-) I did, but didn't particularly like the taste of it. Suggest you try yourself and see what you think.

Herbal Remedies - Lemon egg

 

I have a question about the lemon egg. Can the egg that is left over after making this be used? Like would it be good for baking?

Kimi,

 

I wash and refrigerate the egg shell after I have used the egg. I

usually peel out the lining as I do this. The egg shell won't spoil

if done this way. I end up not wasting eggos or egg shells and have

plenty on hand to make lemon egg.

I was thinking I could use the left over egg for baking. I thought the off taste would not be so strong that way?
