I could use some advice on how to help my husband's aches and pains.

The balls of his feet hurt terribly, his hands ache and the back of

his head hurts so much he can't lay his head on a down pillow. He

seems to control the intensity of the pain from time to time with diet

but he's starting to lose that battle again and he's never been able

to be pain free. I'm thinking that maybe he needs to do a cleanse,

but what type? Whatever he does has to been somewhat convenient since

he's adjusting to a 12 hour night shift. He has not way to prepare

food at work except in a microwave and barely any time at home besides

sleeping.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Do a fast, I would do the live juice , before and after work and drink water while at work. You start seeing some result within the first 24 hours of a fast. I know sugar was a big culprit to aches and pains in my body, there was a time that I had a hard time getting off the toilet when I was in my middle 30's, my knees would crackle terrible (especially climbing stairs). And pain so bad in the ball of my feet that I could hardly walk any distance. I often wonder what kind of meds the doctors would put me on or what surgery(knee replacement?) they would do? But once I gave up the sugar it all subsided real fast. The other thing to pay attention to if he is do a fast do greens not a whole bunch of the better tasting juice, fruits and high carb items, make those more a dessert on a fast (once in a while). And of course cleanse out all those organs and he will have a whole new life! Ginabluegrassturtle <bluegrassturtle wrote: I could use some advice on how to help my husband's aches and pains. You can check out Doc's Total Body Cleanse - details are in the files. As far as food at work, he can take salads, or other prepared raw foods. Microwave are bad to use at any time, but particularly would not be conducive to a cleanse :-). During the liver cleanse he'll need to take a juicer to work, but that's only 3 days - perhaps if he can time that part during a weekend, then it would be only 1 day at work.

He pretty much stays away from sugar. What do you mean by " live

juice " ? I don't know that he could do a juice fast because all that

sugar in the juice would really mess with his bloodsugar, which he

tends to have a problem with if he's not careful about his diet.

>The other thing to pay attention to if he is do a fast do greens...

Do you mean juice raw veggies, etc?

I'm going to look into juice fasts. Any recommendations on where to

find some good info on it?

Thanks

Viv

" could be something Toxic in his food or environment such as MSG.

Does he eat a lot of or any Chinese Food.

This is the first question I ask as MSG(Mono-Sodium Glutamate);

which is a flavor enhancer and used in Chinese and other cooking;

If so; he needs to quit eating " Chinese " ; MSG is a " TOXIC-

SEAWEED " !!!
