Guest guest Posted December 9, 2005 Report Share Posted December 9, 2005 Ok-I am looking for a way to get the best vitamins and minerals each day...without taking something every 2 hours (it seems that way). Right now I drink aloe juice in the morning, at lunch take a multi and fatty acid, and then at night take another multi, fatty acid and ester c. I've been reading through the files and do you all take the total nutrition as like a multi? What is important to take and what is not as important? If somebody could give me some advice i'd really appreciate it. I have finished my first herbal tea body cleanse and these herbs just make me feel fantastic so I hate to mess that up with the wrong daily nutrients.
