Guest guest
" That's a wonderful testimony esp. about the " Raw-Milk " lowering your Cholesterol. The free range live-stock and chicken-eggs help. I only suggest: " Why not tell your M.D. about the Raw-Milk for perhaps she has been reading studies and is interested in it herself. By you explaining to her about " Milk; eggs: etc. " ; she may learn something. If she tells you " oh you shouldn't drink Raw-Milk " ; just smile and do not bring it up again. This is really interesting. You did the right thing by eliminating the " white-flour; sugar " . I know I should add-Brown-Rice to my Diet; converted-white rice is the best white-rice(par-boiled which keeps the Nutrients in the kernel); Instant-Rice is the worst. Do you eat Brown-Rice? Again Congratulations on the weight-loss and raising your good- cholesterol. To answer the other e-mailer's question about which Herb is good for lowering cholesterol? Actually; any and all Herbs; (except toxic-herbs of course) help to lower-cholesterol. (Please see my post on Reply: Herbal-Teas written previous to this). This is because All Herbs; Fruits and Veggies are Cholesterol-Free! Cholesterol is not found in The Plant-Kingdom; only in Animal- products. To equate FAT with Cholesterol may or may not be true. For example Nuts are fatty but there is no cholesterol in nuts. Margerine has no cholesterol and is not good; butter has cholesterol. Go figure! Fun reading the posts/.
