Hi Sharon,

 

I am assuming you want to buy this to make your body more alkaline? It sounds good, but have no idea if it would work or not.

 

However, it would never work by itself while still continuing an acid diet. You'd need to change your eating habits to eating more alkaline foods. Doc has a list published in the files of this group showing what foods fit where. I've been working on this for about 5 months now, and I'm not finding it easy as I'm just so used to eating acid-ash foods! But gradually I'm getting better and better.

 

I guess what I'm saying that there really don't seem to be any shortcuts, or magic fix-it-all-in-one-go kind of remedies. It takes a (gradual) change of eating and lifestyle habits into a more healthy regimen.

I use Prill beads in my drinking water, which is actually filtered rain

water.
