Debra,

I have been learning that eating organically and nourishing is not an over night thing. It is a learn as you go, and takes some time. De-toxing, cleaning and true healing all take time. This is all a process and a wonderful trail we are all learning to walk. So, keep on keeping on, don't look back, just keep stepping forward and eventually you'll be there. In the mean time, enjoy the travels and take time to smell the roses!

"I do not ask that Thou should give me some high or noble task. Give melittle hands to fold in mine. Give me little children to point Thy way, overthe strange, sweet path that leads to You. Give me little voices to teach topray. Give me shining eyes Thy face to see. The only crown I ask to wear isthis, that I may teach my children. I do not ask that I may stand among thewise, the worthy, or the great; I only ask that softly, hand in hand mychildren and I may enter at the gate."-Anonymous

"Take small steps. It takes a while to change old habits, but you have the desire and it will happen. I know how you feel because I get those feelings often. I also live out in the country and have no one to share with. Even the friends I have do not believe in a healthy lifestyle so I can't share my feelings with them. My "wife" is a junk food addict. The only support I have is from this group and some other sites. I won't give up because I know this is the right way to go.

If you ever need someone to chat to, feel free to write me off-list."

Herbal Remedies - Venting/need encouragement

Hello all,I just need to vent a bit. Hope that's ok.Today for some reason, I've been feeling anxious. Even had a bit of anxiety attack this afternoon.I think that perhaps I'm thinking wrong. I realize I've been telling myself that I'm just not good enough to get this all together.I really want to be all organic, and make the total nutrition and take it every morning along with the vit. c that I want to make, along with Hulda Clarks perfect breakfast. And all the other amazing things that will help me. Do you think I'm pressuring myself? I think that's why I posted to Doc about the sanitorium. You know, go where there are no distractions, learn it right, do it right, then go home and be confident that I've got it right.
