Thank you to everyone who posted ideas on how to lower my cholesterol.

At least I have a place to begin. I'm going to start with the oatmeal

and flax seed. I love oatmeal in the morning and a few years back I

use to grind whole flax seed and sprinkle on my yogurt...yummy!! I

think I may try some right on my oatmeal with a bit of honey. Thanks

again everyone!
