dear i am m 25 i facing some time over stress might be due to daily work load and thus some time i getting very angry and some time feel deepresed . i am going Gym regularly i consult to docter they give me light dose of stress reduce alkaloids like opine , belledona amd also some strong allopathic treatment with this medicine i am very unfriendly .i am some time showing very hard desire to Sex and it is incresing to peak (my girl friend also notice it ). while some time i totaly avoid sex . as a young man i want live the life normal can any one give some herbal treatment for my problum .Ashton <aashton1 wrote: Tonda,In addition to what someone said about changing your eating habits

I would do abs everytime you life.Its not easy, but it is so worth it.
