Guest guest
Which is worse eating White refined bread pastries? or eating a diet high in sugar such as Soda and cakes and candies? and Which is worse a piece of white bread toast or a bowl of Instant white rice? PS I understand that the " Tea and Toast Diet " that many elderly follow is also knonw as " The Failure to Thrive Diet " . This is due to the fact that white bread is low in Nutrition-density. I once read that drinking too much Lipton Tea diminishes levels of Thiamine Vitamin B1...ever hear this?I know Alcohol depletes Vit.B1. Kinda like comparing how you wanna die - by arsenic or by strychnine. LOL All caffeine drinks deplete the body in Vit B Complex and Vit C.
