I recommend the company called Twin-Lab; Natrol is good; Schiff makes a nice product. any will do. Take the Vitamine B6 tablets everyday morning or evening for 60-90 days. 2. After 60-90 days stop the Vitamin B6 and begin the Vitamin B-Complex tablets. Buy the Vitamin B-Complex tablets at any Pharmacy. Take one B-Complex a day. Or Skip the Vitamin B6 tablets and start immedialtey with the B-Complex Tablets. Foods to avoid: Chinese-Food; Monosodium Glutamate(MSG); Alcohol and sugar. Foods to eat: Whole-grain breads; Wheat-Germ(Kretcbners); brown-rice; Molasses. No white bread pastries cakes at all whatsoever...plently of ripe fruit any time hungry. Peas are a particualry good source of Vitamin B6; fresh/ frozen; do not overcook peas. Brewer's Yeast is another good source of Vit. B6; or Molasses; one tspn. daily in a cup warm-water. Ask the pharmiscit for either the Vitmain B6 or the Vitamin B-complex. Always take Vitamins wiht a full galss of warm or cool water. ps if anyone's urine turns a bright yellow after taking the B-Complex; not to worry; that's just Ribofalvin B2 being "excreted". This means the B-Complex tablet is "Natural: Have a good day and let me
