NEED HELP TO LOSE WEIGHT

IM 25 AND 5 FEET 7 IN AND HAVE HAD 3 KIDS AND WORK OUT 15-20 MINS 5

DAYS A WEEK MY DOCTOR GIVES ME DIET PILLS BUT I WANT NATURAL THINGS SO

IS THEIR ANYTHING I CAN TAKE THAT IS NOT FROM A DOCTORS OFFICE THAT

WORKS I HAVE TRIDE ALL THE OVER THE COUNTER DIETS THEY DONT WORK.

PLEASE HELP LOTS OF

I have completely changed the way I eat by eliminating all highly processed

foods. I eat a " wide variety of food, in moderation, as close to its natural

state as possible. " I eat all food groups, as long as it's unprocessed or

minimally processed. I buy organic whenever I can. Obviously I cook everything

from scratch (anything out of box is very processed). What this has done for me

is nothing short of miraculous. It's changed my whole desire for foods. I

literally can't stand the highly processed foods that I used to think were so

good. My energy level is so much higher than it used to be. But the best part

of this whole change is that my blood sugar readings have gone from high

pre-diabetes/low diabetes ranges to completely normal. That's the best part of

all.

 

But a close second is that I am slowly losing weight. It's not fast, but it's

consistent. As this is a way of eating that I plan to continue the rest of my

life, I don't see any reason that this wouldn't continue. If you want more

details, you can contact me off-list at maddress. I have nothing to

sell. This way of eating isn't something that can be sold. I just know that

it's worked wonders for me.

I am sorry to tell you this, but diet pills do not work. If you really want to lose weight, you must cut your calorie intake to like 1100 calories. Cut out all red meats, Cut out sugars. Then you must add exercise to your daily routine, like 1 to 2 hours a day. Then you must add the intake of your water. You must drink at least 9-bottles of 20 oz. bottles of water during the day. You must drink one bottle of water before each meal. Two years ago, I weight close to 350 pounds, now today I weight 125. So it can be done. Good luck to you. Hello folks, I am new to the list here! I am currently enrolled in a

bachelor's degree program in natural health studies, and will be

subsequently working on an N.D. degree as well. I am currently in an

herbal class which got me very interested in herbs. Previous to

signing up for the degree program, I had been studying the uses of

therapeutic grade essential oils for over a year. i work in a

hospital where we use them with the patients.

 

I wanted to comment on the weight loss thread. Has anyone here read

" The Schwarzbein Principle " by Diana Schwarzbein, MD? My chiropractor

recommended it to me.. not for weight loss necessarily,but just to

learn how to eat properly and why it is important to eliminate refined

food and sugars from the diet. I would recommend it, it is very

informative. She explains why it isn't good to eliminate fats or even

go on a low calorie diet. If you read it you will understand. It is

an excellent resource. You can buy it on Amazon, I checked it out

from the library.

I agree about very low-fat, very low-carb or very low-calorie diets. They all

eliminate essential parts of our diets. Eating whole, organic foods, in

moderation works.
