I was wondering if anyone could describe the consistency of the lemon-egg recipe after if sits for a few days. Mine is chunky with some brown big chunks from the brown egg shell. Please let me know.

Thanks,

Kim

Dear Kim,

Sometimes it comes out chunkier than others.

Still good. Put it in a blender if it's bugging you. ;-)

" Do not be afraid of enemies; the worst they can do is to kill you. Do

not be afraid of friends; the worst they can do is betray you. Be afraid of the

indifferent; they do not kill or betray. But only because of their silent

agreement, betrayal and murder exist on earth. "
