I'm cramming this in one post-but i've read doc's healthy life list

and have two questions...

Does anyone have a juicer to recommend? There are so many out there

I really have no idea where to begin. Maybe something in the $100

range or even cheaper if it's good.

In talking about organic foods/alkaline...how is regular peanut

butter by way of healthy,toxins,etc...i need something with a little

protein for breakfast (for my hypoglycemia) but without any sprouted

almonds ready don't have a clue. I was thinking maybe a little

yogurt or peanut butter (preferably something on the alkaline side)

but how does that fare on the " healthy/good for you " list?

Thank you all so much. I seldom reply with thanks because I don't

want to muck up the board but just to tell you all, thank you so

very much for your time to reply and help/suggestions/experience

that you share. It's absolutely wonderful!!! You all are great!

Just recently I had to pull out my old juicer (Juiceman Jr.) so I really realize the difference. I use a Omega regularly. The difference versus price the JR. didnt make as much juice for the same amount of veggies put in and the taste with the Omega is much better too. But if your new to this The JR. is what healed me when I got into this type of healing, so it works. It is also a good way to test the water if your just getting strated and you will see if you are going to use it.
