Hey,

We use Agave Nectar and Brown Rice Syrup. I haven't started baking with

either, but understand that both can be used in baked goods. These are NOT

Sugar Substitutes, but natural sweeteners that have far less impact on blood

sugar than processed sugar does. We love the taste in smoothies and coffee

(yes, I know we shouldn't be drinking coffee). In fact, my father and

niece, who both have conditions that have them especially need to avoid

sugar eat the Agave Nectar right on pancakes and waffles, etc. Hope this

helps! Oh, one last thing...the Agave Nectar is kind of like honey but more

mild in taste, and the Brown Rice Syrup has a very creamy almost buttery

flavor.
