Recent news about breast feeding brings out that Mothers that breast

feed for the first year of life (some may choose to go longer and if

so the benefits are greater) they lessen their chances of diabities

by up to 30% for every 2 children which is equal to two years, so if

you choose to breast feed for 2 years per child the benefits are

increased. One days breast feeding is equeal to running 5 miles a

day. So the message, the natural way not only benefits the childs

imunine system but benefits the mom as well.

This seems stupid, but I remember my grandma telling me all the

benefits of eating right, taking herbs and telling us the benefits

of breast feeding, now labs are spending millions of dollars to find

this same stuff out, if my grandma was still alive I would tell them

to just ask her. So much money waisted, feed the hungry and ask the

older ones.
