Hi all,

I bought Eyebright capsules, Aloe Vera capsules and Colloidal

Silver. Even got cranberry juice too! Im buying quite a few organic

food - however still have a bad habit of using the microwave. I will

stop using it starting today.

One question though - are capsules just as effective? Or is it still

a lot better to grow your own herbs with mixture. Because some of

the herbs are very hard to find and I dont want to miss or lack any

nutrients!!!

I've never run into a Cancer Case yet where there wasn't.

I have a lot of problems with capsules. ONly on some

occassions is the herb best in this form, and RARELY

good from store bought sources. Tinctures are

preferable for most, water for others, etc. Capsules

are harder for the body to assimulate, generally

slower, and depending on the properties not as well

absorbed. For instance, Echinacea should be finely

chopped as it goes worthless fast in powdered

form....therefore, NEVER buy Echinacea capsules. In

powdered form they're exposed to too much air and

within days half lost over half potency
