Guest guest Posted November 21, 2005 Report Share Posted November 21, 2005 Neti Pots are great for stuffiness associated with allergies, etc. That has worked better for my daughter's (she has dustmite and pet allergies) chronic stuffy nose than any decongestant. Also taking a tablespoon of local honey helps get rid of those seasonal allergies for good.
