Hello group,

I am 21 days into a radial head fracture of the elbow and am still in

quite a bit of pain, especially on physical therapy days. I dislike

pain medications and would like to know if there are any herbal

remedies I should be using to encourage fast healing and pain

management.

I am already drinking Horsetail Grass tea, and I was told to try a

comfrey cream/paste, but I read today that the FDA put out a warning

about comfrey a few years ago. Plus it smells nasty.

Anything else I should try?

Thank you for any advice!

:)

Hi Wendy,

Firstly, disregard the comfrey warning! The FDA does not like natural healing products!!

Secondly, check out Doc's Bone, Flesh & Cartilage formula, and the Deep Tissue Repair Oil. Those two together should get your elbow healed in no time!!

I have never personally taken BFC but recently sent it to my mum who has a knee injury. She's 85, and was told that her knee could take 1 - 1 1/2 years to heal. A week after she started taking both, she reported remarkable improvements and massively reduced pains!! She couldn't believe it!!!

love

Lisa
