Guest guest
I was wonder if there is anything that I can do with the left over mash from my newly made total tonic? I'd hate to compost this if there is a use for it. Just thought that I would ask...Penny V.
Guest guest
Hi Vincent... I am a big fan of the mash on my salad greens, sandwhiches... and sometimes to spice up soups. You gotta try it in a bloody mary! I eat it every day cuz I hate to waste also.... sometimes if the nose gets stuffly i just take a teaspoon straight. Chew it good and run around the house with your hair on fire!!!! Definately puts the pep in your step.... Blessings to you.. spot herbal remedies , " vincent5180 " <vincent5180> wrote: > > I was wonder if there is anything that I can do with the left over > mash from my newly made total tonic?
