Total Tonic Mash question

I was wonder if there is anything that I can do with the left over

mash from my newly made total tonic? I'd hate to compost this if

there is a use for it. Just thought that I would ask...Penny V.

Hi Vincent...

I am a big fan of the mash on my salad greens, sandwhiches... and

sometimes to spice up soups. You gotta try it in a bloody mary!

I eat it every day cuz I hate to waste also.... sometimes if the nose

gets stuffly i just take a teaspoon straight. Chew it good and run

around the house with your hair on fire!!!!

Definately puts the pep in your step....

Dear Pen,

I use my leftovers for my pets.

You have to start off small until they develop a taste for it (which they do :)

Keeps their coats shinny and them very very healthy.
