Still Point Inducer?

Looking for advice on a good Still Point Inducer. I suffer from terrible

headaches - migraine, sinus, and tension - and am looking for some relief.

I love it when my massage therapist presses on those points, and the harder

the better IMO. Also, I saw a recommendation somewhere that said you could

get the same effect as the commercial inducers with 2 tennis balls stuffed

in a sock. Is this true?

I also read to use it for 15 mins/4x/day Is this correct?

Any advice you can offer is much appreciated. :)

OK, so is the lack of response to this question because:

a) nobody knows the answer

b) nobody cares about the answer

c) I'm asking the wrong question

d) I'm in the wrong forum

e) I'm obviously clueless

LOL My vote is for E

Hi Lana, The answer is yes, you can get the same effect. Check the Upledger Institute's website product section. They now have what is called "Still Point" inducers. Basically, they are designed to accomplish the same thing. Before the design, the tennis balls and sock method was often recommended. You can use the Still point Inducer as often as you like without any ill effects or until you feel you have satisfactorily reached a release. Best regards,.
