Here's my delima. I have had a chance to the Incurable article. Not everything has sunk in yet but I will rereader it again and again until it does.

At this time I don't have in any money. I am so far in debt and behind on my bills that I can't see the sun light (Not telling you this because I seek pitty but understanding).

I want to start but I need to do so on a very small scale. So knowing this what is the most important change that I need to make? Can I make one change at a time and if so How do I do this and still get health benifits.

Money is an issue. Right now we by the cheepest for food we can to feed our family.

Thank You for your tips and ideas.

Hi DeAnn,

Without the funds to at least change your diet, I'd say get daily exercise and as much fresh air and sunshine as you can; go for daily walks or better yet, jogging outside, so you get both the fresh air and exercise. That won't cost.

What is your health issue you're wanting to resolve?

love

Lisa

Dear De Ann,

The important thing is to just "Start". It doesn't matter how big that first step is. Just take it.

If all you did was cut out one of your cups of coffee a day, and added a salad to your evening meal, you'd have taken that all important first step. After you've done that, stop, take a look around, acknowledge to yourself that you're still living, and take step two whatever YOU decide that is.

I can't reiterate strongly enough how important it is to just grab the reins yourself.

It's OK to be poor. It's OK to be down in the dumps. The crime is remaining there.

Even if you bought just one good food product today, and then another tomorrow, you'd be on your way.

One thing I have no tolerance for is the "Victim" viewpoint. This is where governments and welfare states would like us to be. There is always something one can do to improve conditions. Always!!!

And anyone who tells you different is toxic to your well being.

In Health and Love,

Doc
