What I do when I get a panic attack or feeling particularly anxious, is take my Calcium-Magnesium drink + 1000mg vitamin C + 100mg B1 - these three need to be taken together. Then I also take Doc's Nerve Sedative if I still feel I need more. And if possible, go for a long walk in a peaceful surrounding, like a park or something.

 

What I would also recommend is find out WHO in your environment is making you feel that way (there is always a WHO) and keep them out of your space, at least for a while.

No. I have my own source of CalMag, but I live in the UK. Not sure where you are?

B1 you can simply buy in a good health food store, but make sure it doesn't have additives in it!
