I live in Airway Heights, WA which is in Spokane County--we are only 10 or 15 minutes away from Spokane, WA. Other towns around us are Cheney, Medical Lake, Reardan, Edwall, Davenport and Sprague--all of them in Washington state. The area of my health that I am so unsure about is my women's health issues--like how do I know if I am premenopausal or perimenopausal or whatever? I have had a rough time this year with my cycles--for 3 or 4 months in a row I had none and then when I had one again it was light. I had another one on scehdule after that light one that was much heavier--it was so heavy that I was hemorhaging. That scared me. I took some goldenseal which stopped the hemorhaging, and since that one I've been regular but without the hemorhaging that I had with that one. It scared me, though, and I wonder what female formula I might need to be taking at this time of my life. Thanks, Doc!
