I am not talking about buy whole wheat flour from the store, I mill my own flour and make bread. I use all natural ingredients in it. Raw honey, flax seed, sea salt, you get the idea. What is the problem with bread? Christine :-) Do you eat Bread??? Pasta??? My bet is that you do and these are loaded full of enzyme inhibitors = gotta go!!!
