How do I do the hot and cold showers?

Hi, folks. I have been doing my hydros using the wet towel method for

so long that I have forgotten how to do the hot and cold showers. I

want to start doing the hot and cold showers again. How do I do the

hot and cold showers? How many minutes for hot and how many minutes

for cold and how many times do I do this during the shower?

Thanks, Lisa! I had been through the files before and somehow missed that when I went through them at that time--off to take my shower now!
