Guest guest
I'm in my early forties but I'm now having or suffering from memory gap. I usually forget where I put my belongings. The worst is, I sometimes forgot to close our main door when going out of town. My mother upon hearing my predicament, told me to take brain vitamins (Ginkgo biloba), a vitamin given by her attending physician. Because of this, may I know if taking brain vitamins has side effects and is there a herbal cure for memory gap? Thank you in advance. Guest guest
I can offer one side effect of gingko biloba..it gives me a rash like poison ivy. One bit of it is all it takes be it tincture, capsule, or tea. Only, unlike poison ivy, it isn't a localized thing--it is everywhere, and it is not nice at all. Flo Gingko Bilboa is in fact a herb. I have not heard of any side effects. Also check out Doc's brain formula. love Lisa
Guest guest
Dear Flo, I'm curious as to your source of Gingko. And, how long does this effect last??? You may be experiencing a specialized detox reaction rather than an allergic reaction. Very curious indeed.
